George Mason University proposes building an International Research and Conference Center named "Point of View" in the middle of a rural residential neighborhood on Belmont Blvd in the middle of Mason Neck. The plan facilitates political, business, and educational agenda, and will not only disrupt residential life, but will destroy the environmental balance of Mason Neck. With plans to build a 250,000 gallon/day sewage treatment plant on one of the States cleanest waterways, multiple phases of construction, a 50 car parking lot, and increased traffic volume - Residents of Mason Neck find these developments unacceptable!
